Overcome your hang-ups: It's never too late to reinvent yourself and blossom, as my story proves.
For me, there are no problems, only solutions! And throughout my career, I've enjoyed building on what's new. For example, I continued to progress in positions of increasing responsibility in the international pharmaceutical industry. But despite these professional successes, something kept weighing on me: the fear of public speaking. This didn't stop me from giving presentations, team or interdepartmental meetings, training courses in auditoriums, etc. But it was painful to be under so much stress each time, and not to be at my best in terms of elocution.
I was able to overcome this visceral fear that could be paralyzing at times. From the outside, it didn't show, but I wanted to be able to be in "flow", natural, inspiring and impactful in my core business! Today, I'm a coach, I run workshops in front of dozens of people, I feel fully aligned with my vision and the camera no longer bothers me.
There was nothing magical about this transformation. It was profound, methodical and, above all, lasting.
It was by understanding the neurobiological mechanisms behind these specific blocks that I was able to overcome them. This is exactly the transformation process I'm helping you to undergo: identifying those invisible brakes that prevent you from expressing your full potential, so that you can finally become the person you aspire to be.
My story
My story begins in South Korea, where I was born. Abandoned as a baby, I was transported to Belgium for adoption.
At a very young age, I became aware of my difference. Being Asian in a small Belgian village in the 1970s ... it didn't feel right.
Broadly speaking, I grew up in a strict, dysfunctional home. Perfection was demanded and acceptance was conditional. A very shy little girl, I took on adult responsibilities at home, while enduring harassment at school.
Being perfect and yet never being enough...
This belief became deeply ingrained in me and would wreak havoc for decades before I managed to shake it off.
But this childhood also forged something essential in me: a sensitivity to human suffering and a deep desire to help. Without this background, I wouldn't be the person and coach I am today.

Scientific studies: not by choice, but because it's "better".
As a teenager, I wanted to study psychology to understand human behavior, to unravel the mysteries of how we function. But my father was firmly against it. Instead, I decided to study science, not because I wanted to, but because "it's better".
"If there's one thing life has taught me, it's adaptability.
Not only because of my adoption, which forced me to adapt to the unknown at a very early age, but also because of my job:
For over ten years, I've been working in the rigorous world of the international pharmaceutical industry. My guiding principle has always been to build. I've taken on functions that didn't exist and created them from scratch, structured teams in response to new demand, and developed teams of up to 30 people.
This experience forged my ability to build, search, innovate and adapt. It was then that I developed a passion for change, resource and talent management.
But above all, it confirmed one thing for me: beyond processes and objectives, what I'm really passionate about is people.
We'll come back to this.
Expatriation: a new beginning, a revelation
This inner quest found a new lease of life in 2007 when I moved to the United States with my husband. It was the perfect opportunity to retrain and use my Human Resources certifications... until I was told they weren't enough.
I then embarked on ten years of teaching French, my first step into entrepreneurship and the creation of a FLAM - Français Langue Maternelle - school in my region. But despite all these professional successes on two different continents, I still feel that I'm missing that something that would make me fulfilled professionally.
The COVID-19 pandemic was the trigger.
The world came to a standstill and this forced pause finally gave me the space to find the professional activity that would really fulfill me.
I read and read (see the toolbox), I devoured, I immersed myself in personal development tools, meditation, visualization, heart energy, Ikigai, among others... before discovering applied neuroscience and coaching.

THE REVELATION!
I've finally found the job I love, which not only gives me fulfillment, but also allows me to capitalize on all my life experiences AND reconcile my scientific training with my passion for human functioning.
I finally feel like I belong, and I understand that detours often lead us exactly where we need to go.
When packaging resurfaces
Now I know what I want to do. But to become the coach I want to be, the one who impacts and inspires. The one who's in the flow, who runs workshops and webinars with fluidity, I have to confront my own conditioning: the lack of confidence, the demand for perfection, the fear of exposure and public speaking.
A coach who's reluctant to lead groups or make videos on social networks? That's tough.
And above all, that's not the coach I want to be.

From awareness to emotional release: my method
I apply everything I learn during my training, and keep digging to find techniques that really solve the root problem. I model my method for releasing fear at its source.
Everything unblocks.
Today, I run workshops for 10, 15 or more people. I'm at ease in interviews and when it comes to making videos. When people say to me "No, you don't look like it at all, you look confident", I can see how far I've come.
My method, Futur Soi Coaching
Today, my coaching is the fruit of this reconciliation between my personal background, my professional experiences and my scientific approach.
A rigorous analytical approach
I leave nothing to chance. I understand how emotional blockages and limiting patterns register in the brain, because motivation isn't just about adding the right conditions, it's also about removing blockages. I check what works, and I always find solutions to achieve the best possible result. I dig, I search, I test to validate what works and unblock what's still stuck deep down inside.
(Re)connecting with the heart
My work focuses on this fundamental notion. I help you align your head (your thoughts), your body (your feelings) and your heart (your intuition, your authenticity). Because it's by reconnecting to this intelligence of the heart that you find what's right for you.
Multiculturality
The Korea that runs in my veins and saw me born, the Europe that shaped me and the United States that saw me reborn. I carry within me three continents. This richness enables me to accompany people from all horizons, with a particular sensitivity for those who, like me, navigate between several worlds. My dream is to be able to coach on these three continents that are so dear to me.
Over 30 years of support
Looking back, my desire to help is nothing new. 30 years ago, long before I became a coach, I was already a volunteer at the Centre de Prévention du Suicide in Belgium. The nights were long. At the end of the phone, voices looking for a sympathetic ear. This experience was the starting point of my vocation: listening without judging, supporting, being present and accompanying others.
Your past doesn't define you; on the contrary, it strengthens you and helps you develop resources you never knew you had.
I know as I write that it's all these experiences that have brought me here. To you.
It's all a question of beliefs.
The first thing is to believe in yourself, even if it's difficult, even if you don't feel capable. You hear everywhere that you "have to dare". For me, the key is not to dare, but to ALLOW YOURSELF.
Allowing yourself to say no, to be different, to think and do differently... and to take your place when you've never had it before.
Because unconsciously, we are 95% ruled by our conditioning and limiting beliefs. Whether you had a happy or unhappy childhood.
My role is to help you shed light on these "brakes", to clear your blocks layer by layer, even the most deeply rooted ones, so that you can finally allow yourself to be the person you want to be and create your own future.
And when this alignment occurs, something almost magical happens. It's a phenomenon I observe in my customers once they're aligned: synchronicities. Unexpected opportunities appear, the right people arrive at the right time.
Your true potential already exists within you, you just need to remove the barriers.
If you want to succeed, the first thing to do is make sure you're not the obstacle.
